Cancellation

Price changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Consultation Service
We offer a priority consultation service for $25 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). This provides a 15-minute focused call with our team to assess your property goals, answer key questions, and determine if our agency services are the right fit.
- Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of booking.
- If we are unable to schedule your consultation within 7 days of booking, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The consultation fee is credited toward our buyer service fee if you engage japanre.jp for a property transaction.
- The consultation does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.
- Consultation content is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
